The annual convention is held each year between Seymour, CT, (Basement Systems headquarters) and Hartford, CT, and brings together dealers from several networks of expertise including: radon, energy, basements, crawl spaces, and foundations. The convention offers dealers unmatched training, seminars, networking, award celebrations, vendor opportunities and team building events.

This year Kansas Basement & Foundation Repair received five awards at the Team Basement Systems International Convention. Kansas Basement & Foundation Repair was awarded for ranking 3rd place in the Top 10 FSI Dealers – Piers and 4th place in Top 50 FSI Dealers - Total Sales. They also took home 5th place in Percentage of Increase Award (Total Dollars) - 103% and Top 10 FSI Dealers - Geo-Lock Anchors. Kansas Foundation Contractor Solves Harmful Effects of Drought

El Dorado, KS – Local expert, Kansas Foundation and Basement Repair recently completed a major repair project for a commercial facility that was experiencing foundation problems due to the severe drought across the Midwest. It’s one of many calls the contractor has received from both homeowners and businesses who are struggling to combat the drought’s effects on their foundations.

Cracks in foundation walls and visible gaps, not to mention sticking windows and doors are some of the signs of shifting foundations that customers are seeing. In this season’s extremely dry conditions, soil shrinks and pulls away from the foundation causing it to move. Kansas Foundation and Basement Repair has solutions for these problems.

In this particular project for a natural gas production company, they had to resolve the settling and upheaval of concrete bases that support the pipe lines. Kansas Foundation and Basement Repair placed 29 galvanized, double-plated helical piers into the Kansas prairie and then welded brackets on top of them to hold the pipes in position. These helical piers, states the contractor, do not allow any downward or upward movement. Problem solved.

The annual convention is held each year between Seymour, Connecticut, (where the Basement Systems headquarters is located) and Hartford, Connecticut, and brings together dealerships of the international network for classes, seminars, training, parties and networking.

This year Indiana Foundation Service received five awards at the Team Basement Systems International Convention. Indiana Foundation Service ranked as one of the Top 5 Foundation Supportworks Dealers in the United States and Canada. The company also received other prestigious awards at the convention such as: 6th Foundation Supportworks Anchors Dealer, 6th Foundation Supportworks Piers Dealer, and one of the Top 50 Basement Systems Dealers.
